A: Yes they run true to size but the fit is different from Nike. I have a high arch and find it hard to get my Nike tennis shoes on. The K swiss open up better and seem to not incase my foot quite so much. I did find this model Kswiss warm in the summer so wear a mesh top Nike when it is hot and sunny.
