I had an appointment for 12:30 on a Saturday. I walked in at 12:27 and added my name to the list, being sure to indicate I had a 12:30 appt. I left at 1:00pm because I hadn't been seen yet. I can't review the quality of the service, but can validate other comments about long wait times and the pointlessness of making an appointment.

Terrible experience! My mom and I went here yesterday and after looking at her nails I noticed they were all different length and shapes. Looked like a kid did them. After I mentioned it to the staff he said it was her nail bed. I asked what her nail bed had to do with the length and he said he'd fix it. After 30 min I was done so we were leaving and he said again just wait and I'll fix it. At this point we were just like forget it. Won't go back

My appointment was at 5:00. I got there at 4:45 and did not get seated until 5:30. The man who did my nails was rushing, it was such a simple design and he still managed to mess it up. Im never going here again. I paid $70 for acrylics and the almond shape turned out awful. It's always a hit or miss with this place. I do not recommend.

Had a manicure yesterday and it is already peeling off today. The gal that did it did not even use cuticle cream after I specifically asked her about it. She pretended that she did not understand. The entire time she was doing my nails she was taking a phone call with an AirPod in. Will never go back.

Moderately to high priced for the work you receive. The have no sense of time at all, so don't bother making an appointment you'll be waiting just as long as if you didn't. But they do good work if you're not picky, if you are this ain't the place for you because they're in too much of a hurry to ask how you like them shaped.
